	ARTIST STATEMENT The making process is central: activities such as foraging, natural dye extraction, photography, and in-depth material research become the work itself. I am committed to working with regenerative materials such as hempcrete, lime plaster, mycelium, and natural dyes, which allow my practice to explore cycles of decay, renewal, and ecological remediation.

		1 - Work in progress
		Exploration allowing natural elements of light, soil and the weather to intervene in the image development process.
		I am particularly interested in the tension and interplay between the ephemeral nature of materials and the fixed photographic image.
		Work that documents and interacts with rock formations, the surrounding landscape, and natural light conditions of the area.

		Allowing the material and environmental conditions of Crete to play an active role in the image-making process.
		3 - Work in progress
		Reciprocal work merging earth, image, and light into collaborative expressions.
